When should I book Full-Service Design & Planning?
Ideally 12–18 months before your wedding date. This gives us the best access to premium venues and vendors, and the maximum runway to develop a truly custom design concept without compromise. That said, we have successfully executed Full-Service events on tighter timelines — contact us and let's discuss your specific situation.
What does "unlimited consultations" actually mean in practice?
It means we are your partners, not transactional vendors. You have direct access to your lead coordinator throughout your engagement for calls, emails, and in-person meetings as often as needed. We don't clock hours against you. Your peace of mind is part of our deliverable.
Do you work with clients' existing vendor relationships?
Absolutely. If you've already booked a photographer or have a family member providing florals, we integrate those relationships seamlessly. Our vendor recommendations are a resource, not a requirement.
Is travel available for destination or out-of-state weddings?
Yes. We serve clients throughout the Southeast and are available for domestic and international destination weddings. Travel fees apply and are outlined transparently in your proposal.
