Common Questions
Is this "Day-of Coordination"?
We don't call it that — and for good reason. True "day-of" coordination is a myth. A coordinator who shows up the morning of your wedding with no prior context cannot execute at the level you deserve. Our Month-of Management begins 30 days out so that by the time your wedding day arrives, your coordinator knows your event inside and out.
What if I've made vendor decisions I'm uncertain about?
We're not here to judge — we're here to execute. Whatever vendors you've booked, we integrate with them professionally and professionally. If there are concerns that need to be addressed, we'll flag them during our onboarding process so there's time to course-correct.
How many hours will your team be on-site on the wedding day?
Your lead coordinator and assistant will be on-site from vendor setup (typically 3-4 hours before guest arrival) through the formal end of your reception — often 10-12 hours total. We're there until the job is done.
Can Month-of Management be upgraded to Partial Planning or Full-Service?
Yes, at any point during your engagement. Many couples begin with Month-of Management and realize they want more support — we can upgrade your package at any time, with your existing investment applied toward the higher tier.
